Specialized Programs. [*Note: This replaces in its entirety the prior Article 27-New Schools]
Specialized Programs. Specialized programs are positions that require a specialized credential or are assigned to a particular program. Examples of current positions are Teachers on Special Assignment, Elementary Visual and Performing Arts teachers, Physical Education and Dual Language Program teachers.
Specialized Programs a. The Districts will provide sufficient PPE for specialized programs as required by DESE/DPH.
Specialized Programs. When a Specialized Program changes locations, the attached staff shall be offered the option to move with the Program. This may cause the new location to have surplus staff, invoking Article 13.02. Programs may include Section 23, FASD, Kinark, etc.
Specialized Programs a. The parties agree to use a problem-solving approach to address additional facilities-related needs in specialized programs. b. If building-based problem solving cannot reach resolution, the JLMSC will review the situation to assist the parties to come to an agreement. c. Provision of instruction for high risk activities of daily living will be addressed during team meetings, when necessary.

Specialized Programs. Any programming fee paid by Guest covers a certain number of programs per activity block identified in the Agreement. YMCA will undertake its best efforts to provide Guest with the specialized programs selected in the Agreement. However, all such programs are subject to cancellation based upon weather conditions, equipment and staff availability, and other Camp guest requests. In the event Guest’s requested program is unable to be scheduled, YMCA will provide Guest with another program instead. In the event the YMCA is unable to hold any specialized programs for Guest as a result of weather conditions, equipment and staff availability, or other Camp guest requests, Guest will receive a full refund of the programming fee.

Related to Specialized Programs

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Commercialization Intrexon shall have the right to develop and Commercialize the Reverted Products itself or with one or more Third Parties, and shall have the right, without obligation to Fibrocell, to take any such actions in connection with such activities as Intrexon (or its designee), at its discretion, deems appropriate.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
