Common use of Specification of Services Clause in Contracts

Specification of Services. 3.1.1.1 The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Agreement in Appendix 1.1 and Appendix 1.2. The Services shall be provided for the Territory. The costs for the Services have been calculated and set based on i.a. costs and timing as set out in the Appendix 1.1 and Appendix 1.2.
