Specifications and General Notes. The ENGINEER will identify necessary standard specifications, special specifications, special provisions and the appropriate reference items. The ENGINEER will prepare General Notes from the District’s Master List of General Notes, Special Specifications and Special Provisions for inclusion in the plans and bidding documents. The ENGINEER will provide General Notes, Special Specifications and Special Provisions in the required format. The ENGINEER will provide the following PS&E Forms: FORM 1002, and FORM 1814 (if applicable).
