Common use of Sprinkler System Clause in Contracts

Sprinkler System. Landlord has installed and will maintain a sprinkler system in the Premises and Tenant shall pay to Landlord as additional rent twenty-five cents (25c) per square foot of Store Floor Area per Lease Year, prorated for Partial Lease Years, in equal monthly installments in advance on the first day of each full calendar month during the Lease Term.
