Sprint Plus Services. A. Sprint Plus Services (“SPS”) includes a wide range of professional consulting services which Customer may elect, including Network and System Engineers (NEs/SEs), Network Service Managers (NSMs), Technical Application Consultants (TACs), Program Managers, Customer Service and other support organizations. The charges are typically specified at an hourly rate based on the type of SPS service. No discounts or special pricing will apply to SPS, except as specified in this Agreement or the applicable Statement of Work (“SOW”). If a conflict exists between the SOW and this Agreement, this Agreement will control. The pricing below is for Domestic engagements only. Customer must comply with the Sprint Plus Services Product Annex, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. B.
