Common use of SRED Consulting Clause in Contracts

SRED Consulting. This deferral account will record any amount payable by Westcoast to the tax consultant retained by Westcoast to pursue Scientific Research and Experimental Development tax credits. Any tax credits themselves will be recorded in the Income Tax Expense and Other Taxes deferral account in section 4.2(d).
