STAFFING PROCEDURES. (a) The following staffing procedures shall apply to all members of the Bargaining Unit, to provide for the staffing of regular day school programs for the commencement of a school year. (b) Staffing procedures with respect to positions of responsibility shall be in accordance with Article 21.
