The Staffing Process clause outlines the procedures and requirements for selecting, assigning, and managing personnel involved in a project or service. Staffing Process. A) Employees shall submit applications in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of the employment posting. g. If it is considered to be an unsafe situation by the charge nurse and hospital supervisor, on-duty nurses will be asked for voluntary overtime beginning with 4 hour blocks.
h. If no volunteers are available, the hospital supervisor will redistribute staffing resources housewide to balance staffing at no less than minimum needs.
i. If redistribution would create other unsafely staffed units, then external staffing resources may be used. The Hospital will provide a Resource RN, based on volume, complexity, admit capacity, and availability.
Staffing Process. An early retirement offer will be made to all active full time employees in Local 1000A branches who are age 55 or older. The offer will be made 6 months in advance of the opening of a new facility. The timing of their departure will be managed by the Company based on the needs of the business. The severance package based on 3 weeks pay per full time years of completed service or salary continuance to age 65 whichever is the lesser. In addition to this the Company shall offer severances packages on a 1:1 basis for up to 10 positions in Freemont in order to create opportunities for ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ employees.

(d) Newly hired full time permanent staff will rank all four geographic regions, and will be placed after all existing full time permanent staff. Newly hired full time staff will be administratively placed based on the remaining openings in conjunction with their identified geographic preferences.
