Common use of Staggered Hours Clause in Contracts

Staggered Hours. (i) Staggered hours of work may be implemented for specifically predetermined periods of time in various departments, sub-departments or work groups, following consultation with the Union and approval by the Employer. (ii) For purposes of the above, staggered work hours means the commencement/conclusion of the normal number of daily work hours, either earlier or later than the normal commencement/conclusion times.
