Common use of Standardized Tests Clause in Contracts

Standardized Tests. 1. Whenever it is required that classes of students be assessed through the use of a standardized test, the Board shall provide means of scoring the test. 2. Regular classroom teachers shall be responsible for collection and security of standardized test materials in their possession until returned to guidance or other person designated by the Principal. 3. Classroom teachers shall not be responsible for overnight storage and security of standardized test materials so long as the test materials have been given to the guidance counselor or other person designated by the principal.
