Statement of Make Ready Work. Edison shall submit to LICENSEE a statement describing Make Ready Work, which shall specify the person to perform the Make Ready Work and the cost, valid for 60 days. The estimated cost of any pole replacement necessary to accommodate LICENSEE facilities shall include the cost of rearranging Edison's facilities, the installed cost of the new pole and any removal costs. The cost shall be reduced by the percentage depreciation applicable to the removed pole, less its salvage value.
