Statement of Performance Goals Clause Samples

A statement-of-performance-goals clause defines the specific objectives or outcomes that a party is expected to achieve under a contract. This clause typically outlines measurable targets, such as sales quotas, project milestones, or service quality standards, which serve as benchmarks for evaluating performance. By clearly articulating these goals, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of expectations and provides a basis for assessing compliance or triggering remedies if targets are not met.
