Statement of Recognition. The Board of Education of the Poland Local School District, hereinafter referred to as the Board, recognizes the Poland Education Association, an affiliate of NEA/OEA, hereinafter referred to as the PEA, as the sole and exclusive organization to represent the bargaining unit of employees defined in Section 1.2 below.
