Statement of Work Overview. A Customer shall order services by issuing a Statement of Work. Statements of Work should establish the specific deliverables, costs, payment schedules, start/completion dates, etc. for specific projects. It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine the appropriate scope for a Statement of Work.
