Common use of Station Manager Clause in Contracts

Station Manager. a. Shall ensure that ERAs are in place, if necessary, to ensure adequate response to on-site emergencies. b. Shall review the existing ERAs on an annual basis to determine if the agreement is still fulfilling the needs of the NWS or if any organizational or policy changes have occurred that would affect the existing ERA.
