Station Manager. All grievances must be presented in writing to the Station Manager of designee within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the employee or Union were aware or should have been aware that the grievance existed. The grievance shall be submitted on a form furnished by the Union and shall clearly state the facts, the identity of the allegedly aggrieved employee(s), the specific provisions of the Agreement alleged to have been violated, and the requested remedy. The Station Manager or their designee will provide the Union with a written response no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the Station Manager or their designee receives the written grievance. If the Employer does not provide a timely written response to the grievance, the grievance moves to Step 2.
