Status of Salary Schedule. The parties recognize that the terms and conditions of employment for the duration of this Master Agreement are covered by this Master Agreement, and such terms and conditions of employment shall not be construed to be a part of the teacher’s continuing contract rights as defined in M.S. 122A.
