Status of USER. The USER understands that he/she is not an employee of UNIVERSITY and that UNIVERSITY provides no Worker’s Compensation or other liability insurance coverage for the USER’s benefit. The USER is deemed to be acting as a representative and employee of INSTITUTION for all purposes during work on a project in the CNS facilities. The USER must have his/her own health and accident insurance and the UNIVERSITY will not be responsible for any medical expenses that the USER may incur. The USER agrees to bear full responsibility for any liability resulting therefrom.

The USER must have his/her own health and accident insurance, the USER is not covered by UNIVERSITY insurance of any kind, and the UNIVERSITY will not be responsible for any medical expenses that the USER may incur. The USER agrees to bear full responsibility for any liability resulting therefrom.
Status of USER. I understand that I am not an employee, student, or agent of the UNIVERSITY and am deemed to be acting as a representative, employee, and/or student of INSTITUTION for all purposes during work on a project in the CORE FACILITY facilities.
Status of USER. It is agreed that User is an independent contractor and not an employee or representative of the City, and that any persons who User utilizes and provides for services under this Agreement are employees of User and are not employees of the City. In addition, it is agreed that by granting User the right to use the Premises for the purposes set forth herein, that the City is not granting User the right to sell or distribute any City goods or services nor is there a community of interest, as that term is defined at Wis. Stat. Sec. 135.02(1), between the City and User arising from this Agreement. The Parties both acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a dealership under Wis. Stat. Ch. 135.

  • New Application for Licensure Any time after the three-month period has lapsed from the Effective Date of this Agreement and Respondent has paid the Administrative Penalty set forth in Section III, Paragraph 1 of this Order, Respondent may apply for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any or all of the Participating States with the understanding that each State Mortgage Regulator reserves the rights to fully investigate such application for licensure or petition for reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement and may either approve or deny such application or petition pursuant to the normal process for such licensing or endorsement investigations. No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Respondent further agrees that Respondent must satisfy the Administrative Penalty provision prior to submitting an application for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement.

  • Metadata Where the Contractor has or generates metadata as a result of services provided to the Province, where that metadata is personal information, the Contractor will: not use it or disclose it to any other party except where the Agreement otherwise specifies; and remove or destroy individual identifiers, if practicable.
