STEERING GROUP MEETINGS. At project milestones (detailed in the deliverables table below), the provider will present key outputs to the Defra steering group. The steering group will be formed by Defra and consist of policy and analytical colleagues from HMG with expertise in nature markets and stacking. The provider will chair and deliver the steering group meetings in collaboration with the Defra project manager. The provider is responsible for developing required resources, presentations and materials shared during the steering group meetings. PowerPoint slide decks are the preferred resource for Defra Steering Group Meetings. The successful bidder should put forward an experienced project manager to manage the research proposed. This person should be the main point of contact with the Defra project manager.
STEERING GROUP MEETINGS. During the Subsequent Phase, the Steering Group will meet as often as is required provided that there will be at least [**] per month and [**] at the Site (unless agreed otherwise) in each [**] month period. Either Party may invite a suitably qualified technical consultant to attend Steering Group meetings subject to that consultant entering into terms of confidentiality with the Parties. A Client-appointed Member shall be responsible for the circulation of papers and an agenda, within a reasonable period of time prior to the meeting and for the circulation of minutes of the meeting within a reasonable time after the meeting. The role of the Steering Group shall be review and coordination of all matters relating to the items set forth in Section 2.1 (A) - (G). The Steering Group shall not be entitled to make any decision which affects either Party’s rights under this Agreement except as provided in this Agreement.   • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected. Management will be notified by the Union in advance of the meeting regarding their attendance at the meeting.

  • Tool Box Meetings 54.1 Tool Box Meetings are regarded as an important part of site based communications. The Employer will develop a program of consultation with its site based Employees around safety, productivity, constructability and methodology. 54.2 At least one toolbox meeting will be convened by the Employer per site, each month to facilitate and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ communication and consultation. Items to be discussed at each meeting may include but are not limited to programming of site work, site issues, work health and safety, job design, productivity issues, management policies, Agreement compliance, wages and conditions, compliance with statutory obligations and any other relevant issue raised. Notice of the meeting will be given at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled date, but can be rescheduled to accommodate site requirements. There will be a standing invitation for representatives of the Union to attend such toolbox meetings. Meetings will be scheduled so as to minimise disruption to production.
