Common use of Step Two Clause in Contracts

Step Two. If the grievance remains unresolved following the STEP ONE process, the grievance may be submitted to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within ten (10) Days of the STEP ONE reply. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall convene a meeting with the Employee, the Office of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and the Union representative(s) to discuss the grievance within ten (10) Days of the receipt of the grievance and shall respond to the grievance, in writing, within seven (7) Days of this meeting.

Step Two. If the grievance remains unresolved following the STEP ONE process, the grievance may be submitted to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ person designated by the Employer (or designate) within ten seven (107) Days days of the STEP ONE reply. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ person designated by the Employer (or designate) shall convene a meeting with the Employeeemployee, the Office of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, up to two (2) Union representatives and the Union representative(s) up to discuss the grievance within ten (10) Days of the receipt of the grievance and shall respond to the grievance, in writing, within seven (7) Days of this meeting.two
