Step Two. Within ten (10) working days after receiving the Manager's reply to Step One above and such response is not satisfactory, the grievance may be submitted to the Vice- President or management designate who shall, within fifteen (15) working days hold a meeting between the employee and the Union grievance committee, not to exceed three (3) in number and the appropriate representatives of Management, in a final attempt to resolve the grievance. A Staff Representation of the Union and/or the Grievor may be present at this meeting if requested by either Party. The Vice-President shall within a further ten (10) working days give their decision in writing, on the grievance form and return it to the Union.
