Common use of STORAGE AND LOADING AREAS Clause in Contracts

STORAGE AND LOADING AREAS. Unless specifically approved by Lessor in writing, no materials, supplies or equipment shall be stored anywhere except inside the Premises. Trash receptacles may not be placed in the service areas except by Lessor. If Lessor does not supply trash receptacles, Lessee shall furnish its own receptacles, and shall place such receptacles in a location designated by Lessor.
