Common use of Storage of Tools Clause in Contracts

Storage of Tools. Storage of the Contractor’s construction materials, tools and equipment shall be confined within the Premises and in areas designated for such purposes by Landlord, and should such materials, tools and equipment be assigned space or spaces outside the Premises they shall be moved to such other space as Landlord shall direct from time to time to avoid interference or delays with other work. In no event shall any debris be stored outside of the Premises.
