Storage Service. With respect to each Agreement, during the Term of such Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of such Agreement, Provider shall store Crude Oil received and unloaded from Customer’s designated trucks in dedicated storage up to the applicable Reserved Capacity, and redeliver such Crude Oil from the dedicated storage Tanks at such Facility into the Customer’s designated pipeline at such Facility (the “Storage Service”, and together with the Unloading Service and other related work and services, the “Services”). With respect to each Agreement, during the Term of such Agreement, the Reserved Capacity for the applicable Facility shall be available for the storage and throughput of Customer’s Crude Oil. Customer’s Crude Oil subject to this Agreement shall be stored only in dedicated storage at the applicable Facility. Customer shall be responsible for providing all line fill and tank heels required for the operation of the Tanks at each Facility. Upon termination of the Term of the relevant Agreement, Provider will redeliver to Customer the quantity of line fill and tank heels delivered by Customer to Provider at the applicable Facility, and Customer shall be responsible for removing such quantity from such Facility in accordance with Section 7.5. At any Facility, at any time after any Crude Oil has been received in a Tank, Provider may, for environmental or safety reasons, move all or any part of such Crude Oil to one or more of the other Tanks within such Facility, at Provider’s sole cost and expense.
Storage Service. 2.1 NEG shall make available and perform the Storage Service in accordance with the specifications as set out in Clause 2.2.

Storage Service. Subject to the provisions contained herein and ▇▇▇▇ Bluff’s Statement of General Terms and Operating Conditions on file with the FERC from time to time, ▇▇▇▇ Bluff shall receive for Customer’s account at the points of receipt listed on the attached Exhibit A, quantities of gas up to the maximum quantities set forth on such Exhibit A and deliver such Gas, on a firm basis, to or for the account of Customer at the points of delivery specified on such Exhibit A and at the injection and withdrawal quantities set forth therein.
Storage Service. Subject to the terms and conditions that apply to service under this Agreement. Transporter agrees to inject, store and with draw natural gas for Shipper, on a firm basis. Shipper may request Transporter to withdraw volumes in excess of Shipper’s Contract Demand on a best efforts basis as provided in Rate Schedule SGS-2F. The Contract Demand and Storage Capacity are set forth on Exhibit A.
Storage Service. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in respect of each Transaction:
(a) during the Injection Period, WGSLP agrees to receive from Customer and Customer agrees to deliver to WGSLP a quantity of Gas for the credit of the Customer Inventory, up to the Contract Quantity, at a rate up to the Injection Rate at the Storage Point of Delivery in response to nominations properly given hereunder from time to time by Customer; provided that where a Transaction is a 100% load factor Transaction, Customer agrees to deliver to WGSLP and WGSLP agrees to receive from Customer a quantity of Gas for the credit of the Customer Inventory equal to the Contract Quantity at a rate equal to the Injection Rate;
(b) during the Withdrawal Period, WGSLP agrees to deliver to Customer and Customer agrees to receive from WGSLP a quantity of Gas from the Customer Inventory, provided the Customer Inventory is greater than zero (0), at a rate up to the Withdrawal Rate at the Storage Point of Delivery in response to nominations properly given hereunder from time to time by Customer; provided that where a Transaction is a 100% load factor Transaction, WGSLP agrees to deliver to Customer and Customer agrees to receive from WGSLP a quantity of Gas from the Customer Inventory at a rate equal to the Withdrawal Rate provided the Customer Inventory is greater than zero (0); and
(c) Each of WGSLP and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to receive and deliver, as applicable, Gas hereunder on a Firm Basis in response to nominations properly given hereunder from time to time by Customer.
Storage Service. 1. The storage service will be offered as Bundled Storage Service. The offer within the Terms and Conditions for the Keyed Procedure Haidach April 2016 includes twenty (20) bundles. The Storage Service has a term from 01.05.2016, (06:00 a.m.) to 01.04.2017, (06:00 a.m.).
2. One (1) bundle shall comprise the following Storage Capacities: a) Injection rate: 3.0 MWh/h firm and 3.0 MWh/h interruptible and b) Withdrawal rate: 4.4 MWh/h 4.4 MWh/h interruptible and c) Working gas volume: 9,034 MWh
Storage Service.
2.1 NEG shall make available and perform the Storage Service in accordance with the specifications as set out in Clause 2.5
2.2 [SC] shall utilize the booked gas storage capacity. [SC] has the full discretion to use the booked gas storage capacity for its own use or to market and sell the booked gas storage capacity to sub-users.
2.3 [SC] shall be responsible for the booking of the transport capacities at the Network Operator such that NEG is able to fulfill the nominations. [SC] has the responsibility to check if there is a match between Network Operator’s and NEG’s nomination. If one party rejects, [SC] shall change the nomination immediately and inform the other party. The storage is sold at the flange which means that [SC] takes over the costs for the grid capacity.
2.4 In the event that gas storage capacity is sold by [SC] on the secondary market, [SC] may delegate the obligations included in clause 2.3 above to sub-users.
