Storage Term. 3.1 The Storage Term starts on the date of delivery of the Proprietor’s bullion to the Company’s bullion depository and ends on the date the Proprietor’s bullion departs the Company’s bullion depository (“Storage Term”).

Storage Term. (a) Unless this Agreement is earlier terminated pursuant to Section 5.1, RCR shall provide and RDC shall pay for the Terminal Services from July 1, 2006 until June 30, 2011 or such other end date as may be provided under Section 3.2(b) (the “Storage Term,” and each period from July 1 to June 30 of any year during the Storage Term, a “Storage Year”). (b) Unless cancelled by RDC by giving RCR three (3) months written notice of such cancellation prior to June 30, 2011, RCR shall continue to provide and RDC shall pay for the Terminal Services for the five (5) year period after June 30, 2011 (unless this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5.1). Subsequently, unless cancelled by RDC by giving RCR three (3) months of written notice of such cancellation prior to the expiration of each successive June 30, the Storage Term shall renew until the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 5.1. Notwithstanding anything else set forth herein, the Storage Term shall terminate no later than the termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 5.1. If the Agreement shall terminate on a date other than June 30 of any given year, then all calculations and requirements with respect to the Storage Year during which the Agreement is terminated shall be reduced proportionally based on the quotient obtained by dividing the actual number of days elapsed in that Storage Year by 365.
Storage Term. The Storage Term (defined in Section 1 of the Seventh Amendment and as amended in the Eighth Amendment and Ninth Amendment) is hereby extended by an additional twelve (12) months (“Third Extended Storage Term”) commencing on November 1, 2023 and ending on October 31, 2024.   • Coverage Term All insurance required herein shall be maintained in full force and effect until all work or services required to be performed under the terms of this Agreement are satisfactorily performed, completed and formally accepted by the City, unless specified otherwise in this Agreement.

  • Lease Term The terms and provisions of this Lease shall be effective as of the date of this Lease. The term of this Lease (the “Lease Term”) shall commence on the “Lease Commencement Date,” as that term is set forth in Section 3.2 of the Summary, and shall terminate on the “Lease Expiration Date,” as that term is set forth in Section 3.3 of the Summary, unless this Lease is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the Premises are currently occupied by another tenant of the Building. If Landlord is unable for any reason to deliver possession of the Premises to Tenant on any specific date , then Landlord shall not be subject to any liability for its failure to do so, and such failure shall not affect the validity of this Lease or the obligations of Tenant hereunder. For purposes of this Lease, the term “Lease Year” shall mean each consecutive twelve (12) month period during the Lease Term. At any time during the Lease Term, Landlord may deliver to Tenant a notice in the form as set forth in Exhibit C, attached hereto, as a confirmation only of the information set forth therein, which Tenant shall execute and return to Landlord within ten (10) business days of receipt thereof; provided, however, Tenant’s failure to execute and return such notice to Landlord within such time shall be conclusive upon Tenant that the information set forth in such notice is as specified therein. In addition to the foregoing, subject to any delays caused by Tenant or any Tenant Parties and events of Force Majeure, if Landlord fails to tender possession of the Premises to Tenant on or before January 2, 2015 (the “Base Rent Delivery Date”), Tenant shall be entitled to one (1) day of per diem Base Rent abatement for each day commencing on the day after the Base Rent Delivery Date and ending on the date Landlord so tenders possession of the Premises to Tenant. Any such Base Rent Abatement shall be separate from and in addition to any Rent Abatement described in Section 3.2 below.

  • Storage Tanks If storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall have no right to use or install any underground storage tanks at the Project.

  • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of such Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas. The Promoter shall endeavour that the committee responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Common Areas will be required to provide manpower for maintaining the Common Areas, wherever required, and to collect maintenance charges and also guest charges and the user charges for the utilities being provided on “pay by use” basis, if any. The maintenance and management of Common Areas by the committee will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMC’s etc. It will also include safety and security of the Project such as fire detection and protection and management of general security control of the Project. The Rules/ Bye Laws to regulate the use and maintenance of the Common Areas shall during the interim maintenance period shall be framed by the Promoter with such restrictions as may be necessary for proper maintenance and all the Allottees are bound to follow the same. After the Common Areas of the Project are handed over to the Association, the Association may adopt the Rules and the Bye laws framed by the Promoter, with or without amendments, as may be deemed necessary by the Association.

  • Initial Lease Term The Initial Lease Term is for a minimum of ten (10) years; however, the State will consider a longer lease term if economic benefits are deemed to be in the State’s best interest. Please propose a fixed, or flat, rental rate for a Gross Lease: including all expenses – taxes, insurance, janitorial services, maintenance, etc. The State may elect to pay for utilities separately so please include a cost per square foot to reduce the rental rate if such occurs.
