Store Manager. Any employee relieving a Store Manager for one (1) day or more shall receive a minimum of one dollar and sixty-five ($1.65) cents per hour in addition to their regular, hourly rate of pay for all time so employed. Any employee designated by the Employer to relieve a Store Manager for a full week will have, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Article 5 of this Agreement, a basic work week of forty (40) hours per week.
Store Manager. Any employee relieving a Store Manager for more than one (1) day in the employee’s home store and immediately in a store other than the home store, shall receive a minimum of one ($1.00) dollar in addition to their regular, hourly rate of pay for all time so employed.

Store Manager. An Employee, specifically assigned by the Employer, entrusted with the control of the store and responsible for the training and supervision of staff.
