Storm Water Management System. The Owner shall construct the storm water management system according to the plans and specifications set out in Schedules "E" and Municipal Specifications and such approval as may be granted under the Ontario Water Resources Act, and shall maintain the system until a Final Certificate of Approval of the Works has been issued for the Works within the Owner's Lands.
Storm Water Management System. The Developer agrees that prior to the City executing this Agreement the Developer shall prepare and provide a Storm Water Management Plan and Report which shall be submitted for approval by the City, the Region, the Ministry of the Environment, the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority and the, indicating the following: a) The manner in which storm water will be conveyed across the Lands in both major and minor storms, using storm water management techniques that are in accordance with the Provincial guidelines contained in “Stormwater Management Practices Planning & Design Manual – March 2003” (Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks), or the latest revision thereof, or such more stringent standards as may be applicable; b) An assessment of downstream and upstream constraints and how these constraints can be addressed (at a minimum the storm water management system must provide Level 1 protection for downstream fisheries and resources); and, c) An Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for the development of the Lands whereby erosion and sediment and their effects will be minimized on site during and after construction in accordance with the “Environmental Guide for Erosion and Sediment Control During Construction of Highway Projects, February 2007” (Ministry of Transportation), or the latest revision thereof or such more stringent standards as may be applicable.
Storm Water Management System. The City and MUSC have agreed that a storm water management system will be constructed underneath the Park that will serve the entire 34.5 acre superblock bounded by University Avenue, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue, St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue and Pascal Avenue. The parties anticipate that the appropriate easements for the storm water management system will be placed on the land where the Park is located, including the right of the City or its agents to enter onto the property to maintain the storm water management system
Storm Water Management System. The Owner agrees to design and provide any and all storm water management facilities including drainage ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and required accesses and to construct all storm water management facilities, including drainage ▇▇▇▇▇▇, including any improvements, and required accesses all to the satisfaction of the Township and the GRCA which shall include the storm water management facility located on Block 74, together with the access walkway to provide access to the Park from Station St., together with the drainage ▇▇▇▇▇▇ on the Blocks internal to the Plan, and together with any improvements required to the drainage swale on the Baumlisberger easements.
Storm Water Management System. The Developer agrees to submit for approval by the Town, prior to commencing any work on the development, a storm water management plan, meeting the requirements as described in the Specifications for Developer and the Zoning By-law.

  • Stormwater Management a) The Owner AGREES to implement the requirements incorporated in the Draft Plan Conditions attached as Schedule “F” and any reports submitted to Kawartha Region Conservation Authority and the City pertaining to: i) pre and post development run-off flows and water balance calculations, and the intended means of conveying stormwater flow from each Lot, Block and the entire proposed Plan of Subdivision; ii) the anticipated impact of the Plan of Subdivision on water quality and phosphorus control, as it relates to fish and fish habitat once adequate protective measures have been taken; iii) the means whereby erosion and sedimentation and their effects will be minimized on the site during and after construction; iv) the site soil conditions, including grain size distribution profiles; v) a site grading plan. b) The Owner AGREES to erect and maintain all stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation control structures operating and in good repair during the construction period, in a manner satisfactory to Kawartha Region Conservation Authority and the City. c) Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Owner AGREES to confirm to the City that Conservation Authority has reviewed and approved the stormwater management report and plan, erosion and sedimentation plan, and final Lot Grading Plans as required under this Section. a) UPGRADES TO EXISTING STORM SEWER b) UPGRADES TO EXISTING SANITARY SEWER

  • Management System After Buyer approval the Security Management Plan and Information Security Management System will apply during the Term of this Call-Off Contract. Both plans will comply with the Buyer’s security policy and protect all aspects and processes associated with the delivery of the Services.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, and ▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
