Stormwater Management System. The Developer agrees that all storm water management systems and related facilities, including, without limitation: permanent post-construction storm water runoff management best management practices, ditch paving, bank protection, and fencing adjacent to open ditches, made necessary by the development of the Project are to be constructed and maintained by the Developer.
