The Manager has the overall responsibility of ensuring that he shall be, subject to the policy directions of the Executive Committee of the Municipality, responsible and accountable for administratively being in charge of the Corporate Services Office, performing such HR, Administration services, Skills development, Labour relations, ICT, Customer Care, Fleet Management and any other functions as may be delegated to him by the Municipal Manager.
