Common use of Strikes and Lockouts Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Strikes and Lockouts Prohibited. 11.1 Under no circumstances will the union cause, encourage, sponsor or participate in any strike, sit-down, stay-in, stay-out, sick-in, sick-out, work slowdowns, withholding of services or any curtailment of work or restriction or interference with the operations of the departments or the City of Lebanon during the term of this agreement, nor will it do any other act specifically prohibited by the provision of RSA 273-A, and in particular, acts prohibited by RSA 273-A:15 11, as may be amended from time to time.
