The "Students mobility" clause establishes the terms and conditions under which students can participate in educational exchanges or temporary study programs at partner institutions. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, application procedures, duration of mobility, and the recognition of academic credits earned during the exchange. By clearly defining these aspects, the clause facilitates smooth coordination between institutions and ensures that students receive proper academic credit, thereby promoting international collaboration and minimizing administrative confusion.
Students mobility. The beneficiaries are allowed to transfer up to 100% of the funds between any of the budget categories, including real-cost budget categories, of student mobility;
Students mobility. Universities shall organize, for each academic year, a reciprocal student mobility programme for a set period of time. The number of students comprehended by the mobility programme shall be agreed upon, through mutual consultation. The Home University shall be responsible for the selection of the students to be included in the programme. However, the host university shall have the ultimate decision regarding the acceptance or refusal of applicants. The number of students authorized to study at the host university shall correspond only to the one designated for mobility. It is absolutely advisable for students in mobility to provide themselves with health assistance and personal accidents insurance for the period of their stay. Both universities pledge to allow students in mobility, the use of all facilities available to its own students.
Students mobility. 13.1 - Partner Universities seek to find suitable accommodation for Host students, taking into consideration that currently roughly monthly rent rates are: - at UNITS about € 250 - at HS OWL about € 250
13.2 - All students must abide by all rules, regulations and policies at the Host Institution during their stay at the Host University, fault of which Home University will not be held responsible.
Students mobility. 9.1 Programme Students remain enrolled at the Home University for the whole duration of the Programme and will register at the Host University according to its regulations. Programme Students remain subject to the rules of their respective didactic regulations, except for what differently stated in this Agreement.
9.2 The Home University manages the academic career/progression of studies of its Programme Students.
9.3 Tuition fees are paid only at Home University, and the Host University will waive tuition fees, except for statutory costs. Regional taxes supporting student rights as well as, if applicable, local administrative fees will be paid in each academic year by each student at the University where he/she actually studies in that year.
9.4 Programme Students will be subject and must abide by all laws, rules and regulations of the Host University and the host Country while attending the Programme at the Host University.
9.5 At Host University all duly registered Programme Students have the same access to the libraries, computer and other facilities as the local students.
9.6 Programme Students are required to provide for their travel expenses and all living costs. They are encouraged to apply for financial support from various agencies and programmes for student mobility.
9.7 During their stay at Host University, Programme Students are insured by the Home University (through a leading insurance company) against third-party liability and against accidents. They will make proof of their Health Insurance.
9.8 All useful information related to the Programme are at students’ disposal at the Home University Department/Faculty website.
9.9 Basic information about the available housing, language courses, and other facilities can be provided by Local Councils at the Host University.
Students mobility. Students will be enrolled at the Home University and will register at the Host University according to its applicable regulations.
Students mobility. 5.1 All the students enrolled in this Double Degree from both institutions will attend selected courses of the Master’s course at the partner university according to the description given in Annex 1. Courses at the partner universities will be taught in English.
5.2 The credits exchange rate is: 1 credit at ZJU = 3.5 ECTS at SUR.
5.3 CCEA-ZJU students will earn at least 49 ECTS at FCIE-SUR and FCIE-SUR students will earn at least 14 credits at CCEA-ZJU, equivalent to 49 ECTS.
5.4 Students from both parties shall spend at least one semester at the partner university. The department of reference for the students abroad will be the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at SUR and the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture at ZJU.
Students mobility. 4.1 Students mobility between the Universities is compulsory.
4.2 During their EMESB, students will acquire ECTS credits according to a plan of studies jointly agreed by the Universities (Study Programme, See Annex 2) that includes a grading scale for the translation of national marks.
4.3 Students must acquire at least 60 (sixty) ECTS credits in the home university before they move to the hosting University, according to the Study Programme.
4.4 Students must acquire at least 24 (twenty-four) ECTS credits of taught modules at the home university to submit an application for the Double Degree EMESB.
4.5 Students must acquire at least 30 (thirty) ECTS credits of taught modules at the hosting University.
Students mobility. 2.1.1 Students Mobility under this agreement will be initially limited to English taught business management programs at the Masters Level.
2.1.2 Students participating in the exchange program will be accepted as credit award and transfer candidates by the host institution. The duration of exchange will be one semester. All such students should be enrolled as full time students at the home university.
2.1.3 The parties shall exchange a maximum of 5 (five) students per year. Reasonable efforts will be made to have equivalent number of students exchanged from each institution during the duration of this agreement.
2.1.4 The selected exchange students shall pay their tuition fees to their respective home institution as per the prevailing fees structure. All incidental expenses including travel, health insurance, study material, visa, accommodation etc. will be borne by the student participants.
2.1.5 Upon the completion of semester, host institution will send the transcripts of participants to home institution. As credit systems can vary across the universities, exchange students will be made aware of grade conversions scales.
