Sub-Loop for Access to Multiunit Premises Sample Clauses

The 'Sub-Loop for Access to Multiunit Premises' clause establishes the terms under which a telecommunications provider can access the internal wiring of multiunit buildings, such as apartment complexes, to deliver services to individual units. Typically, this clause outlines the provider's rights to use existing infrastructure within the premises, the process for coordinating access with property owners or managers, and any limitations or responsibilities regarding the maintenance or modification of wiring.
