Sub-processors. 5.1 The parties agree that Zoho may engage Sub-Processors in the course of providing the services and with respect to ▇▇▇▇’s engagement of such Sub-Processors, the Subscriber hereby agrees that Zoho may authorise its affiliates and other third party entities as "Sub-Processors" in order to Process the Personal Data. Upon notification regarding Zoho’s intention to engage a new Sub-Processor, Subscriber may object to such engagement by notifying Zoho promptly in writing within ten (10) business days after receipt of Zoho’s notice. In the event Subscriber objects to a new Sub-Processor, as allowed in the preceding sentence, ▇▇▇▇ will recommend to the Subscriber commercially reasonable changes in the configuration or use of the services to avoid Processing of Personal Data by the proposed new Sub-Processor. If Subscriber is not satisfied with the changes suggested by ▇▇▇▇, Subscriber may, upon written notice to Zoho, terminate the Agreement. In the event of such termination, Zoho will refund Subscriber on a pro-rata basis any amounts paid by Subscriber for use of the service. 5.2 Following written request from the Subscriber, Zoho agrees to promptly share copies of agreements executed with Sub-Processors. The parties agree that such agreements may be redacted to remove any commercial information or other clause unrelated to the Processing of Personal Data by Zoho.

In the event of such termination, Zoho will refund Subscriber on a pro-rata basis any amounts paid by Subscriber for use of the service. 5.2 Following written request from the Subscriber, Zoho agrees to promptly share copies of agreements executed with Sub-Processors. Zoho shall Subject to and considering the above, Customer (also on behalf of other Controllers, where applicable) hereby gives its general written consent and mandate (also for the purpose of the Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable) to Bambuser to use sub-processors, and for the sub-processors to use sub-processors, in respect of: i) make available Affiliates, ii) other sub-processors used in Bambuser’s regular business and service delivery; and iii) otherwise any sub-processor of Bambuser. Bambuser will maintain a list of its permitted sub-processors; such list may be updated from time to Subscriber time and Bambuser will notify Customer in the event Bambuser adds a sub-processor to the list of current Sub-Processors through with thirty (30) days prior written notice. Customer shall have the Privacy Policy statement applicable for the services; and (ii) provide email notification prior right to appointment of any new Sub-Processor. Upon notification regarding Zoho’s intention to engage a new Sub-Processor, Subscriber may object to the use of a sub-processor by written notice to Bambuser, such engagement by notifying Zoho promptly objection to be made in writing within ten (10) business days after receipt good faith and based on justifiable grounds, without undue delay from the time Customer was notified of Zohothe use of such sub-processor. The Parties will in good faith discuss possible activities to mitigate the risks raised in such objection from Customer. Customer acknowledges and accepts that its objection to a sub-processor may adversely affect Bambuser’s noticeability to perform the services under the Agreement, therefore Bambuser shall be entitled to use such sub-processor despite Customer’s objection as removal of such sub-processor would affect all Bambuser’s customers. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Zoho (a) Rewind’s Affiliates may authorise its affiliates and other third party entities be retained as "Sub-Processors" Processor(s) by Rewind; and (b) Rewind and Rewind’s Affiliates respective may engage third-parties Sub- Processor(s) in order connection to Process providing access to the Personal DataSoftware and Services. In each case, Rewind will provide Customer with prior notification of new Sub-Processor(s) via automated notifications to subscribed Customers if it adds or replaces any such Sub-Processors listed in the Sub-Processors List. Algolia shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to process Subscriber Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services either by sending an email or via the user interface dashboard of the Services. 7.3. Subscriber may object to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s engagement use of such Sub-Processors, the Subscriber hereby agrees that Zoho may authorise its affiliates and other third party entities as "Sub-Processors" in order to Process the Personal Data. In each case, any such Sub-Processor shall be permitted to Process Personal Data solely in accordance with Zoho’s instructions and not for any other purpose. Zoho shall ensure that the Processing activity is carried out by the Sub-Processor in accordance with at least the same level of protection for the Personal Data and the rights of Data Subject as applicable to Zoho under Applicable Data Protection Laws. Zoho shall (i) make available to Subscriber the list of current Sub-Processors through the Privacy Policy statement applicable for the services; and (ii) provide email notification prior to appointment of any new Sub-Processor. Zoho shall (i) make available to Subscriber the list of current Sub-Processors through the Privacy Policy statement applicable for the services; and (ii) provide email notification prior to appointment of any new Sub-Processor. Upon notification regarding Zoho’s intention to engage a new Sub-Processor, Subscriber may object to such engagement by notifying Zoho promptly in writing within ten (10) business days after receipt of Zoho’s notice. In the event Subscriber objects to a new Sub-Processor, as allowed in the preceding sentence, ▇▇▇▇ Zoho will recommend to the Subscriber commercially reasonable changes in the configuration or use of the services to avoid Processing of Personal Data by the proposed new Sub-Processor. If Subscriber is not satisfied with the changes suggested by ▇▇▇▇, Subscriber may, upon written notice to Zoho, terminate the Agreement. In the event of such termination, Zoho will refund Subscriber on a pro-rata basis any amounts paid by Subscriber for use of the service. 5.2 Following written request from the Subscriber, Zoho agrees to promptly share copies of agreements executed with Sub-Processors. The parties agree that such agreements may be redacted to remove any commercial information or other clause unrelated to the Processing of Personal Data by Zoho.

Sub-processors. 5.1 The parties You agree that Zoho Zapier may engage disclose Personal Information to its subcontractors for purposes of providing the Service (“Sub-Processors”), provided that Zapier (i) shall enter into an agreement with its Sub-Processors in which comply with Data Protection Legislation, including requiring the course Sub-Processors to only process Personal Information to the extent required to perform the obligations sub-contracted to them, and (ii) shall remain liable for the obligations subcontracted to, and the acts and omissions of, the Sub-Processors. In addition, Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Zoho Algolia and Algolia’s Affiliates respectively may engage third- party Sub-Processors processors in connection with the course provision of providing the services and Services.
