Subaward Period of Performance Start and End Date. The period of performance shall start on the Effective Date and the Project must be completed in accordance with the Project Schedule found in Exhibit D (hereinafter “Performance Period”). The Office of Broadband may, request approval from New Mexico State Legislature to extend the Performance Period on the condition Grantee demonstrates the following: (a) significant progress has been completed; (b) extenuating circumstances require an extension of time to allow the Project to be completed; and, (c) a detailed plan that will allow the Project to be completed within a reasonable period of time.
