Common use of SUBCONTRACT WORK Clause in Contracts

SUBCONTRACT WORK. Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, fuel, equipment, tools, machinery, and supplies; perform all work; obtain all necessary permits; pay all state sales taxes, state and federal unemployment taxes, and all other taxes and fees associated with the subcontract labor or materials; provide all required construction layout and surveying; provide the insurance required herein; and do all things necessary to complete the work described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein (herein called the “ Subcontract Work”), together with all appurtenant and related work in strict compliance with the Contract Documents .

SUBCONTRACT WORK. The Subcontractor shall furnish all of the labor, materials, fuelplans, equipment, supplies, services and other items (including but not limited to competent supervision, shop drawings, samples, tools, machineryprotection, hoisting and supplies; perform all work; obtain all scaffolding) as necessary permits; pay all state sales taxesfor the proper performance of the Subcontract Work, state and federal unemployment taxes, and all other taxes and fees associated with the subcontract labor or materials; provide all required construction layout and surveying; provide the insurance required herein; and do all things necessary to complete the work described on as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein (herein called the “ Subcontract Work”), together with all appurtenant and related work in strict compliance with the Contract Documents hereto.
