SUBCONTRACTOR CLAUSE. A. By mutual agreement between the parties, all of the work covered by this Agreement shall be done under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, whether done by employer or any other subcontractor of said employer. B. In no event shall Employer be required to pay higher rate of wages or be subject to more unfavorable working rules than those established by the Union for any other member engaged in similar work. C. In the event that any state or federal statute or regulation shall supersede, invalidate or be in conflict with any clause in this Agreement, such statute or regulation shall prevail over any such clause; however, the other provisions of this Agreement shall be valid and remain in full force and effect.
