Common use of Subject to Change Clause in Contracts

Subject to Change. The provisions of this Easement shall run with and be a burden upon the Protected Property in perpetuity and shall be binding on Grantor and Grantee and their respective successors and assigns, and any party entitled to possession or use of the Protected Property while such party is entitled to such possession or use. Any successor or assign of Grantee shall be a qualified organization within the meaning of Article 49 and shall expressly assume the obligation to carry out the conservation purpose for which this Easement is granted and the other obligations of Grantee hereunder.
