Common use of SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS Clause in Contracts

SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS. The parties shall exchange items proposed for negotiations at the first negotiation meeting. Items must be written in contract language and all changes in salaries, wages, hours, and fringe benefits must be clearly stated. No additional items may be introduced for negotiations after the initial submission unless both parties mutually agree.
