Submission of Quotations. 5.1 The bidder is advised to visit the site of works at his own expense and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the quotation.
5.2 Each bidder shall submit only one quotation. Bidder shall not have conflict of interest as defined in the Bank’s Procurement Regulations; and should not have been temporarily suspended or debarred by the World Bank Group in compliance with the Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its Sanctions Framework. Bidders shall not contact other Bidders on matters relating to this quotation.
5.3 The quotation submitted by the bidder shall comprise the following:- The Bidder shall submit the following documents:
A. Certificate of Work Experience as per Qualification Information
B. Details of three similar works completed each of value not less than INR 9 Lakhs. Work orders along with completion certificates should be submitted.
C. Two similar works each of value not less than INR 13 Lakhs. Work orders along with completion certificates should be submitted.
D. One similar work of value not less than INR 17 Lakhs during the last five years ending previous day of the last date of submission of technical bid. Work orders along with completion certificates should be submitted.
E. Reports on financial standing of the Bidder such as profit & Loss account & Balance sheet for the last 3 years i.e., 2016-17 & 2017-18 & 2018-19.
F. Self-attested copy of PAN card.
G. Copy of GST Registration.
H. Declaration signed by authorized signatory of the firm that the firm is not blacklisted/ debarred/ suspended/ banned from business dealings by any Ministry/Department of State/ Central Government/ their Procurement Agencies and the firm is also not have been temporarily suspended/ debarred by the World Bank Group in compliance with the Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its Sanctions Framework. The quotation submitted by the bidder shall comprise the following:-
(a) Quotation in the format given (Attachment -II)
(b) Signed Bill of Quantities (Attachment - III)

D. Reports on financial standing of the Bidder such as profit & Loss statements and auditors report for the last 5 years i.e 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16 & 2016-17 & 2017-18

Submission of Quotations. Submit quotations to the office specified in this so- licitation at or before the exact time speci- fied in this solicitation. At a minimum, quotations must show—
(1) The solicitation number;
(2) The name, address, and telephone num- ber of the offeror;
(3) Acknowledgment of solicitation amend- ments;
(4) A technical description showing that the offeror can supply the requirements in the specifications or statement of work in sufficient detail to allow the Government to evaluate the quotation in accordance with the evaluation factors stated in the solicita- tion.
(5) Past performance information, when in- cluded as an evaluation factor, to include re- cent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and reference information (in- cluding contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information).
(6) Price and any supporting details for the price, as requested in the solicitation.
Submission of Quotations. 7.1 The bidder is advised to visit the site of works at his own expense and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the quotation.
7.2 Each bidder shall submit quotation as per their financial capacity.
7.3 The quotation submitted by the bidder shall comprise the following: -
(a) Quotation in the format given in Section B (Pre-qualification).
(b) Signed Bill of Quantities; and
(c) Qualification information form given in Section B duly completed & Documents.

The above are to be submitted in the manner as prescribed below:

(a) Quotation in the format given (Annexure -II )
(b) Signed Bill of Quantities (Annexure -III) and
(c) Qualification information form given in (Annexure –IV)
Submission of Quotations. 9. The Recipient shall request that suppliers submit their quotations in writing (i.e., by fax, telex, letter, or electronic messaging). Copies of such quotations shall be kept for the records. No bid or performance securities shall be required.
Submission of Quotations. The Superintending Officer may, before issuing instruction(s) for any variation, require the Contractor to submit a quotation for any proposed variation and the Contractor shall be obliged to submit such quotation in writing at his own cost. The Superintending Officer may before or after issuing instruction(s) under Clause 19.2 accept in writing the Contractor‟s quotation and the provisions of Clause 20 shall not apply to the valuation of that variation nor shall the Contractor be entitled to any Loss and Expense in respect of those instruction(s) or any other compensation, damages or other amount whatsoever other than a valuation made in accordance with the accepted quotation. Any instruction(s) requiring a variation shall not be treated as an acceptance of any quotation.
Submission of Quotations. Quotations, and any alternatives if allowed as per Item 11 below, should be submitted to the address below, on or before the date and time indicated in sub-item 4 below. Late quotations will be rejected.

Submission of Quotations a) Quotations must be received before the Closing Time at the email address set out on the first page of the COP. The CSA Holder is solely responsible for ensuring that the Purchaser receives a complete Quotation, including all attachments or enclosures, if applicable, before the Closing Time.
b) The maximum size of each attachment must be 35 MB or less. If the file size of an electronic submission exceeds the applicable maximum size, the CSA Holder may make multiple submissions to reduce attachment file size to be within the maximum applicable size.
c) Attachments must not be compressed, must not contain a virus or malware, must not be corrupted and must be able to be opened. CSA Holders submitting by electronic submission are solely responsible for ensuring that any attachments are not corrupted. The Purchaser may reject Quotations that are compressed, cannot be opened or that contain viruses or malware or corrupted attachments.
d) The Purchaser strongly encourages CSA Holders to submit Quotations with sufficient time to complete the upload and transmission of the complete Quotation and any attachments before Closing Time.
e) The CSA Holder bears all risk associated with delivering its Quotation by email submission, including but not limited to delays in transmission between the CSA Holder’s computer and that of the Purchaser.
f) An alternate submission method may be made available, at the Purchaser’s discretion, commencing one half hour before the Closing Time, and it is the CSA Holder’s sole responsibility for ensuring that a complete Quotation (and all attachments) submitted using an approved alternate submission method is received by the Purchaser before the Closing Time. The Purchaser makes no guarantee that an alternative submission method will be available or that the method available will ensure that a CSA Holder’s Quotation is received before Closing Time.
