Circadiance has no responsibility for the continued operation of such Subscriber Systems, or their access to the Services beyond the control of Circadiance, including without limitation, the use of the Internet or other mobile communication systems.

Subscriber Systems. Subscriber owned and managed systems may interact with ALTR or be interacted with by ALTR. The Subscriber acknowledges that the security and configuration including but not limited to the user access controls and network configuration of these systems remains the responsibility of the Subscriber.
