Subscriptions and Usage. 10.1 Subscriptions. Customer may subscribe for a license to the Software under an Order Form that references this Agreement. All Order Forms are subject to acceptance by Kong. The subscription is purchased for the Subscription Term and subject to the usage limits stated in the applicable Order Form. Customer agrees that its purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Kong regarding future functionality or features.
