Successful Completion of the Probationary Period Clause Samples

The 'Successful Completion of the Probationary Period' clause defines the conditions under which an employee is deemed to have satisfactorily finished their initial trial period with an employer. Typically, this clause outlines the duration of the probation, the performance criteria that must be met, and the process for confirming permanent employment status. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for evaluating new hires, ensuring both parties understand when the probation ends and what is required for continued employment.
