Common use of Summary of Work Clause in Contracts

Summary of Work. A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the work described herein,in accordance with all specifications and requirements of the Project Manual. 2. All work either shown on the Drawings (if any) or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. C. The Proposed Contract Price shall be complete costs, including overhead, profit, insurance, transportation, and all other costs connected with, or incidental to, the work described.
