Summative Evaluation. The summative evaluation shall be prepared and the final observation conference shall be conducted by March 1st. In preparing the summative evaluation for placement in the Evaluatee’s personnel file, the Evaluator shall rely upon data collected through the established sources of input described in Section 8.2.
