SUPER BUILT UP AREA Clause Samples
The 'Super Built Up Area' clause defines the total area of a property, including not only the actual usable space within an apartment or unit but also a proportionate share of common areas such as lobbies, staircases, and amenities. In practice, this means that the area quoted to buyers is larger than the carpet or built-up area alone, as it factors in shared spaces. This clause is essential for standardizing how property sizes are represented in real estate transactions, ensuring transparency and comparability for buyers and sellers.
