Security Room Clause Samples

The Security Room clause establishes the requirements and conditions for a designated area within a property to be used for security-related purposes. Typically, this clause outlines specifications such as location, access controls, permitted equipment, and responsibilities for maintenance or upgrades. For example, it may require the tenant to maintain surveillance equipment or restrict access to authorized personnel only. The core function of this clause is to ensure that security operations are properly accommodated and managed within the premises, thereby protecting both property and occupants.
