Superintendent designee. a. If the grievance is not resolved with the disposition at step two, the grievant may file an appeal with the superintendent within five (5) days from receiving the step two responses. The grievance will be delivered to the Director of Human Resources by certified mail or hand delivered and time stamped. b. The Superintendent/designee will set up a meeting with the grievant (C-FUSE) to attempt to resolve the grievance. Either side may offer witness testimony pertinent to the settlement of the grievance. The Superintendent/designee will meet to hear the grievance within five (5) days following the submission of the grievance. c. A decision will be rendered in writing within five (5) days after the meeting.
