Supervision of Minors Sample Clauses
The Supervision of Minors clause establishes the responsibility for overseeing and ensuring the safety of individuals under the age of majority while they are participating in activities or present on certain premises. Typically, this clause specifies who must provide supervision—such as parents, guardians, or designated adults—and may outline the required level of oversight or any restrictions on minors' activities. Its core function is to clarify accountability and reduce liability by ensuring that minors are not left unattended, thereby helping to prevent accidents or inappropriate conduct.
