Supervisory Nurses. Nurses who are in supervisory positions excluded from the bargaining unit shall not perform duties normally performed by nurses in the bargaining unit which shall directly cause or result in the layoff, loss of seniority or service or reduction in benefits to nurses in the bargaining unit.
