The Support Activities clause defines the obligations and scope of assistance that one party must provide to the other, typically in the context of ongoing services or project implementation. Support Activities. Except as stated in the applicable Program Addendum or as otherwise agreed upon between the parties in writing, you are not permitted to provide technical support for the Services and should direct any Customer support requests to LastPass through its standard support processes (e.g., the LastPass Support site located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/home).
Support Activities. 10.12.1 Field Activity 1. A representative(s) from the Contractor Maintenance team shall visit the SAS once a year (during the warranty period) to review the operation and the service provided. 2. Keeping the master codebase(s) for the Supported Software up to date using a suitable version control system. f. The following Additional Services, at the Buyer’s option and direction: • development of enhancements to the Supported Software; • supporting data analysis work; and • archiving legacy forms. 2.3 The Supplier shall deliver resource-days of work in addition to the Digital Service Days (“Additional Days”) to perform the Services, subject to the Supplier having suitably qualified resources available to deliver such Additional Days at the time. 2.4 The Buyer consents to the use of open-source libraries within the enhancements (including those under the Lesser GPL) with the exception of those under “copyleft” licenses such as the GPL and Affero GPL.

Support Activities. 1. The PA-TACF may offer educational and interpretive services which support the mission of the Corps and/or the project. This includes assisting, planning, designing, implementing and conducting interpretive and educational programs, activities and exhibits. 2. The PA-TACF may offer scientific, research, maintenance and/or other services which support the mission of the Corps and their natural resource management program. Produce and make available to visitors by sale or free distribution, suitable interpretive and educational literature and aids to increase the visitors understanding and appreciation of the American Chestnut Foundation and the cooperative work at Raystown Lake. Distribution is restricted to a location approved by the Corps. Unused PA-TACF material will be returned to PA-TACF. c. Acquire specimens or objects associated with American Chestnut Foundation activities of the project area for purposes of adding them to exhibits or programs at Corps visitor centers. d. Assist in the development and improvement of interpretive devices, and educational materials including signs, exhibits, materials, and audio-visual aids. e. Assist in the sponsorship and coordination of professional workshops, training opportunities and special events. f. Provide technical and scientific expertise and guidance for determining the best use of the Raystown Lake American Chestnut Restoration and Research Orchard. g. Assist the Corps in recruiting volunteers and providing training and assistance to volunteers for planting, pollinating, maintenance and documentation of the orchard and seed collection.
Support Activities. (a) HAPSMobile internal activities having no direct relation to the project will not be supported. (b) AV translators, interpreters and secretaries will work only for AV under the instruction of AV.
